Testing day - v0.142 alpha

First of all, our todays version includes the number 42, which is nice.

Second of all, it's testing day today! In the evening at 7pm (UTC+1) we will keep an eye on the servers to keep them running, and we will have a hopefully big testing session with our discord and all the Cube Racer fans out there.

Now to the important new changes that can be expected in todays version, ready for the test:

Changes:

• New ready sounds in lobby
• Two new maps have been created and added
• Mouse sensitivity can be changed in settings menu
• A new special obstacle has been added, that is dropped randomly to players at the beginning of buliding phase. It also drops obstacles, that players haven't yet unlocked, aiming for even more carnage on the track
• Tutorial has been visually improved

Bug fixes:

• Fixed bug, where skins weren't applied and used on the servers
• Fixed bug in tutorial, when you didn't build any obstacles
• Changed default profile name from Simon to Default
