Feedback patch - v0.150 alpha

After two community sessions we received a lot of feedback. So we had to change and fix a couple of things for this new uodate:

New features:
* Instead of cubebox models we now have some ?-Spheres for the Cube-O-Mat
* We added a legend to the points screen

Updates:
* We added some new skins and horns to the game
* We updated the weather particles, skyboxes and colors
* Some obtical reworks for some obstacles
* Some map updates and fixes

Fixes:
* Some building mode fixes
* Some game profile pictures
* Some mouse steering pictures
* Team voting does now disappear when under 4 player
