Pre-test day - v0.141 alpha

It's one day before the big official test. Tomorrow at 7pm (UTC+1) we are testing Cube Racer 2 in multiplayer. Feel free to join in. But until then, we've added a couple of new things, whilst hoping to keep the game stable ;)

The biggest addition here is the camera turning with your mouse. You can change the mode in the settings menu, which allows you to freely move the camera around with your mouse. Feedback on this is highly appreciated!

Changes:

• Added new camera turn mode with mouse instead of keys
• Tutorial explains both camera turn modes now, and is longer therefore

Fixes:

• A bug in the tutorial has been fixed
• Duster particles are simulated globally now
• Moving-Wall obstacle handles decals now correctly
• Fixed UI bug in settings menu
